  • Communications: To send service-related messages (such as onboarding, project updates, and support), and—where permitted—relevant informational or marketing communications.
  • SMS and phone communications: To send and receive business text messages and phone calls using Altvina phone numbers, including messages about scheduling, project status, and service updates.
  • Legal and contractual compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and to enforce our agreements, including our terms of service and contractor agreements.

We do not use your personal information to create consumer profiles for sale to third parties or for unrelated lead generation.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or lead generation.

We may share personal information in the following limited ways:

  • Service providers (“processors”): We use trusted third-party vendors to help us operate our services, such as:

    • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, or legal processes
    • Protect the rights, safety, or property of Altvina, our clients, contractors, or the public

When you provide a phone number to Altvina or text an Altvina phone number, you may consent to receive text messages and phone calls related to our services.

  • Types of messages: We may send texts about scheduling, project updates, service notifications, and, where permitted, informational or promotional content related to Altvina’s services.
  • Consent: We will obtain any consent required under applicable law (such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for U.S. recipients) before sending marketing or automated text messages.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with us and your active projects.
  • Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt-out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at legal@altvina.com. After you opt out, we may still send non-marketing messages that are necessary to complete services you have requested (for example, important service or security notices), where permitted by law.
  • Record-keeping: We may maintain records of your consent and opt-out choices as part of our compliance efforts.

SMS Opt-In and Data Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, you may reply STOP to any text message sent from us at any time.
